They feature meticulously straightened profiles, precision-machined inner and outer diameters, and polished surfaces. Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun proudly offers titanium welded pipes in diameters from 12.7mm to 38.1mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in) and wall thickness from 0.4mm to 1.65mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in). Available in lengths up to 25000mm, our pipes are ideal for engineering and chemical industries. Using flat rolled raw material (kelp), our state-of-the-art automated tungsten inert gas (argon) welding and in-line heat treatment ensure exceptional quality. Each pipe undergoes rigorous mechanical testing, geometric measurements, 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, and pneumatic or hydrostatic testing.
