Titanium Grade 7, composed of 0.8NI-0.3MO, is a commercially pure wrought Titanium alloy. It shines with outstanding strength at elevated temperatures, superior weldability, and excellent crevice corrosion resistance. Sharing similarities with Titanium Grades 2 and 3, the inclusion of molybdenum and nickel enhances its corrosion protection. Grade 7 can be expertly formed through press brake, hydropress, stretch forming, or drop hammer methods, making it incredibly versatile for numerous applications.

These tubes are offered in hot-rolled or hot-extruded forms, straightened, with precisely machined inner and outer diameters, and polished surfaces. Our titanium tubes come in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated variants. Jiangsu Daxun Alloy Co., Ltd. ensures 100% ultrasonic flaw detection to guarantee quality.

Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our Cold-finished Titanium Tubes can be heat-treated, surface-etched, hydrostatically tested, or ultrasonically tested according to manufacturing specifications. Tubes Supplied: OD 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness 0.5mm to 11mm, length up to 6000mm (customized upon agreement).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun provides titanium pipes ranging from diameters of 100 mm to 7.7 to 38.1 mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), with wall thicknesses from 0.4 to 1.65 mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in), and lengths up to 25000 mm. These pipes are ideal for engineering and chemical industries, produced using automatic tungsten inert gas welding, and heat-treated inline. Each pipe undergoes mechanical testing, precise geometrical measurements, and comprehensive ultrasonic and eddy current testing, ensuring compliance with ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards.
