Our tubes are meticulously crafted through hot-rolling or hot-extrusion processes. Each tube is straightened and precision-machined to deliver perfectly polished surfaces inside and out. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated versions, our tubes undergo rigorous ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure their impeccable quality.

Titanium Welded Pipes

- Optimal properties are achieved in the solution treated and aged condition, with small cross sections that are rapidly quenched. However, larger section sizes or delays in quenching can result in properties that are less than optimal.

Typical hardness is Rockwell C 30-34 in the annealed condition, and Rockwell C 35-39 in the solution treated and aged condition.
