Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
Our hot-finished titanium tubes come in hot-rolled or hot-extruded forms, meticulously straightened, and machined both inside and outside. The surfaces are polished to perfection. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, we ensure the highest quality with 100% ultrasonic flaw detection capabilities.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: Featuring outer diameters from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness ranging from 9mm to 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm (subject to manufacturer-customer agreement). Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: Offering outer diameters from 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness from 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm (subject to manufacturer-customer agreement).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our cold-finished titanium tubes are provided heat-treated and surface-etched, undergoing hydrostatic or ultrasonic testing as per manufacturing requirements. Supplied sizes include: OD 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm (subject to manufacturer-customer agreement).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun's titanium welded pipes come in diameters starting from 100 mm, with wall thicknesses between 0.4 to 1.65 mm and lengths up to 25000 mm. These pipes, crafted from flat rolled raw material and welded using automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding, undergo extensive testing including ultrasonic, eddy current, pneumatic, and hydrostatic tests. Our pipes meet ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards, ensuring top-notch quality for engineering and chemical industries. We offer Gr1, Gr2, and Gr7 titanium alloy pipes, packed according to customer specifications.
Thanks to its high palladium content, Titanium Grade 7 offers exceptional corrosion resistance, making it ideal for saltwater and chloride media applications. Additionally, it stands up well against erosion and impact forces.
