Cold Drawn Bright Stainless Steel Rods
Cold-drawn stainless steel rods are meticulously drawn under cold working conditions, resulting in a smooth, polished surface. These rods can also undergo further polishing and grinding to meet specific finish requirements.
Forged Stainless Steel Rod and Bar
Forged stainless steel rods undergo multiple forging processes to enhance their mechanical properties and achieve superior strength, making them highly reliable for demanding applications.

1. Heat Treatments: Daxun can perform heat treatments on stainless steel bars, tailored to the metal's chemistry. 2. Positive Material Identification (PMI): Additional PMI testing can be done in-house or with an independent lab. 3. Ultrasonic Testing (UT): High-frequency sound energy is used to inspect and measure stainless steel bar products, aiding in defect detection/evaluation, and dimensional measurement.
