Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
Our hot-finished titanium tubes are available in hot-rolled or hot-extruded forms, meticulously straightened, and machined to perfect inside and outside diameters with surface polishing. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, we ensure quality with 100% ultrasonic flaw detection capabilities.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: Outer Diameter (OD) ranging from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness between 9mm to 30mm, and lengths extending up to 5000mm (customizable based on mutual agreement). Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD ranges from 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness from 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm (customizable based on mutual agreement).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our cold-finished titanium tubes are supplied heat-treated, surface-etched, and thoroughly tested through hydrostatic or ultrasonic methods as per manufacturing specifications. Available Dimensions: OD 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness 0.5mm to 11mm, and length up to 6000mm (customizable based on mutual agreement).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun manufactures high-quality titanium pipes with diameters from 12.7 mm to 38.1 mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thickness from 0.4 mm to 1.65 mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in), and lengths up to 25000 mm. Our range includes Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloy pipes for engineering and chemical industries. These pipes are crafted from flat rolled raw material through automatic argon welding and heat-treated on the mill line. Each pipe undergoes rigorous mechanical testing, geometrical measurements, 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, as well as pneumatic or hydrostatic testing. They are packed according to customer specifications and meet ASTM B 338, ASME SB 338 standards.

For annealing Grade 12 Ti 0.3 Mo 0.8 Ni alloy, heat the material to 732-816°C (1350-1500°F), maintain for 2 hours, and then air cool. For intermediate stress relief, heat to 538-649°C (1000-1200°F), hold for 1 hour, and follow with air cooling.
Rough forging can commence at 871°C (1600°F) and be completed within the temperature range of 788-843°C (1450-1550°F).
Hot working significantly enhances the overall ductility of Grade 12 Ti 0.3 Mo 0.8 Ni alloy, making it more malleable for various applications.
The cold working properties of this material are akin to those of austenitic stainless steel. It is recommended to perform post-work annealing to restore favorable performance characteristics.
