Titanium Grade 7 is mechanically and physically equivalent to Titanium Grade 2, with the added benefit of interstitial palladium, making it a superior alloy. Grade 7 exhibits outstanding weldability and fabricability, and stands as the most corrosion-resistant of all titanium alloys. These remarkable traits make it a prime choice for chemical production processes and various applications within production equipment.
Titanium Grade 7 (0.8NI-0.3MO) is a commercially pure, wrought Titanium alloy. It showcases excellent strength at high temperatures, superb weldability, and exceptional crevice corrosion resistance. Similar to Titanium Grades 2 and 3, but enhanced with molybdenum and nickel, Grade 7 offers superior corrosion resistance. This versatile material can be hot or cold formed through press brake forming, hydropress forming, stretch forming, or the drop hammer method, making it indispensable for numerous applications.

Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
These exceptional titanium tubes are provided in hot-rolled or hot-extruded forms, meticulously straightened, machined both inside and outside diameters, and polished for a refined surface finish. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, our titanium tubes undergo 100% ultrasonic flaw detection, ensuring unmatched quality and reliability.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: OD 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness 9mm to 30mm, length up to 5000mm (customized agreements between the manufacturer and the customer); - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness 7mm to 35mm, length up to 3000mm (customized agreements between the manufacturer and the customer).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are available in heat-treated, surface-etched forms, and are tested either hydrostatically or ultrasonically as per manufacturing specifications. Tubes supplied with OD ranging from 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm (customized agreements between the manufacturer and the customer).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun manufactures and supplies premium titanium pipes with diameters ranging from 100 mm, wall thickness from 0.4mm to 1.65mm, and lengths up to 25000mm. These pipes are available in electrical Gr1, Gr2, and Gr7 titanium alloys suitable for both engineering and chemical industries. Made from flat rolled raw material through automatic tungsten inert gas welding, our pipes undergo rigorous mechanical testing, geometrical measurements, 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, and pneumatic or hydrostatic testing. Each pipe complies with ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards and can be customized to meet specific customer packaging requirements.
