Our hot-finished titanium tubes are crafted with precision from hot-rolled or hot-extruded materials. They boast straightened, machined inside and outside diameters, and polished surfaces. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, our titanium tubes undergo rigorous 100% ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure superior quality.

Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are offered in heat-treated, surface-etched, hydrostatically or ultrasonically tested forms, adhering to stringent manufacturing specifications. Available dimensions: OD 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness 0.5mm to 11mm, length up to 6000mm (subject to manufacturer and customer agreement).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun specializes in manufacturing and supplying titanium welded pipes with diameters ranging from 12.7 to 38.1 mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thickness from 0.4 to 1.65 mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in), and lengths up to 25000 mm. We offer electrical Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloy pipes ideal for engineering and chemical industries. Our titanium welded pipes originate from flat rolled raw materials, welded using automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) methods, and heat-treated on the mill line. Each pipe undergoes mechanical testing, geometrical measurements, and 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, along with pneumatic or hydrostatic testing. Finished pipes are meticulously packed as per customer specifications, ensuring compliance with ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards.

Titanium Grade 9, often referred to as 'half 6-4', is a high-performance titanium alloy containing 3% aluminum and 2.5% vanadium. It boasts a remarkable 20 to 50% increase in mechanical strength compared tocommercially pure (CP)titanium grades while providing enhanced formability and weldability over Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5).
Titanium Grade 18 (UNS R56322) mirrors the properties of Grade 9 but includes an additional 0.04 - 0.08% palladium to elevate corrosion resistance. Both Grades 9 and 18 maintain a low density of 4.48 g/cc, which is less than 60% the density of steel.
This alloy excels in corrosion resistance across oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing environments, including exposure to chlorides. The inclusion of palladium in Titanium Grade 18 further enhances its corrosion resistance. The alloy can withstand oxidation up to 600°F (316°C).
