Grade 5 titanium tubes are extensively utilized across various industries, especially under extreme corrosive environments:
At Daxun Alloy, we ensure superior quality through rigorous tests including flattening, flaring, ultrasonic flaw detection, pitting and resistance, mechanical, hardness, material positive identification, and expansion tests. These tests guarantee that both Grade 1 Titanium Welded and Seamless Pipes meet stringent application requirements. During production, precise measurements of diameter, thickness, and surface quality are conducted. Our standard delivery time is 5-7 days, with special sizes delivered within 15-20 days.
The Ti-6Al4V Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tube stands out as the most commercially available Titanium alloy, offering an exceptional blend of high strength and toughness. Grade 5 Titanium alloy boasts impressive welding and processing characteristics:
We stock and sell various Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tubes, including Seamless, Forged Seamless, and Welded Tubes.
As a premier manufacturer and supplier in China, Daxun Alloy delivers top-quality Grade 5 titanium pipes globally, receiving commendations from numerous projects.
Ti 6Al-4V (Grade 5 Titanium) is the most prevalent titanium alloy tube, comprising over 50% of total titanium usage. Typically used in annealed states, it operates at temperatures up to 400°C (750°F). Ti 6Al/4V is welded with matching or ELI filler wire and has considerably higher strength than commercially pure titanium tubes, alongside better stiffness and thermal properties (excluding thermal conductivity). Its thermal conductivity is about 60% lower than CP titanium. Among its numerous benefits, it can be heat treated to enhance strength and performance. Grade 5 titanium seamless tubes offer exceptional formability, low density, and excellent corrosion resistance.
This grade excels in strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and machinability, making it ideal for military aircraft, aviation, rocket components, precision-guided parts, armor parts, ship equipment, military vacuum equipment, and more. The 6-4, 6-4ELI variants are also used in surgical implants. Typically utilized up to 400°C, it enhances ductility and toughness in cold working conditions and has remarkable specific strength. Provided in the annealed state, it can be heat-treated to increase strength for numerous applications. As a versatile titanium alloy, Ti 6Al-4V seamless tubes offer a broad range of ideal properties between -210°C and 400°C. Grade 5 titanium alloy tube remains the most commercialized of all titanium alloys, merging high strength with toughness, and excellent welding and processing characteristics.
