DAXUN offers an extensive range of commercially pure titanium plates (Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, Gr4 - UNS), with thicknesses spanning from 0.5 mm to 120 mm. These grades are the cornerstones of the commercially pure titanium family, combining exceptional strength, ductility, and superior corrosion resistance, making them indispensable for numerous industrial applications.
Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, and Gr4 titanium plates epitomize commercially pure titanium, striking an exquisite balance between strength and ductility. They boast impressive impact strength and are effortlessly weldable. These grades excel in corrosion resistance across highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine solutions, weakly reducing environments, and wet ***, as well as demonstrating outstanding resistance to seawater and salt solutions.
Gr5 grade5 Ti6al4v titanium plate, an α-β type titanium alloy, comprises 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium. In this alloy, aluminum stabilizes the α phase while vanadium stabilizes the β phase. Distinguished by its exceptional comprehensive performance and superior process capabilities, the TC4 titanium alloy offers remarkable strength at both room and elevated temperatures, excellent creep resistance, thermal stability, high fatigue performance, and *** growth resistance in seawater. Furthermore, it provides satisfactory fracture toughness and resistance to hot salt stress corrosion. Gr5 Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy plate also demonstrates excellent process plasticity and superplasticity, making it suitable for various processing, welding, and machining methods.

Grade 1
Today, DAXUN Alloys stands as a foremost global producer and supplier of premium Grade 1 titanium plates.
The Pure Grade 1 titanium plate stands out for its exceptional ductility and cold formability, making it perfect for deep drawing applications. Known for superior general and seawater corrosion resistance, it withstands oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing media, including chlorides. With its low density (about half that of nickel-based alloys), high strength-to-weight ratio, and corrosion resistance, Grade 1 titanium is ideal for various harsh chemical environments. Commercially pure Grade 1 titanium is the softest and most ductile, boasting excellent cold formability, corrosion resistance, weldability, and impact hardness.
Our offerings include ASTM B265 Titanium Grade 1 Plates, Sheets, Finished Plates, Coils, Hot Rolled Plates, Cold Rolled Plates, Patterned Plates, Perforated Plates, and more. We are leading manufacturers and suppliers of Titanium Grade 1 Sheets and Plates in China.
Grade 2
At DAXUN, we manufacture and stock commercially pure titanium plates Grade 2 (UNS R50400) in thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to 120mm. Grade 2 Titanium Plate (UNS R50400) is the mainstay of the commercially pure titanium family, offering a superior blend of strength, ductility, and excellent corrosion resistance for diverse industrial applications.
Grade 2 Titanium Plate, a commercially pure titanium product, strikes an ideal balance between strength and ductility. It boasts good impact strength, weldability, and corrosion resistance in highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine solutions, mildly reducing environments, and wet ***. It also excels in resisting seawater and salt solutions.
Given its low density, high strength-to-weight ratio, and corrosion resistance, titanium is ideal for a multitude of applications. It effectively resists stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion in chloride solutions below 70°C. With a melting point of 1660°C, Grade 2 Titanium Plate is the preferred alloy for numerous industrial applications requiring robust ductility and corrosion resistance.
