Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
Our hot-finished titanium tubes are crafted through advanced hot-rolling or hot-extrusion techniques. Each tube undergoes precise straightening and machining of both internal and external diameters, along with a meticulous surface polish. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, our tubes are subjected to rigorous 100% ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure top-tier quality control.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: OD 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness 9mm to 30mm, length up to 5000mm (custom lengths available upon agreement). Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness 7mm to 35mm, length up to 3000mm (custom lengths available upon agreement).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are available in heat-treated forms with surface-etched finishing. Each tube is rigorously tested either hydrostatically or ultrasonically based on manufacturing specifications. Specifications: OD 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness 0.5mm to 11mm, length up to 6000mm (custom lengths available upon agreement).
