Today, DAXUN Alloys stands as a premier global producer and supplier of superior-grade Grade 1 titanium plates.
Pure Grade 1 titanium plates by DAXUN boast exceptional ductility and cold formability, making them perfect for deep drawing applications. Renowned for their outstanding general and seawater corrosion resistance, as well as their resilience against various oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing media-including chlorides-Grade 1 titanium plates are an optimal choice for numerous harsh chemical environments. With low density (approximately half that of nickel-based alloys), a high strength-to-weight ratio, and remarkable corrosion resistance, these plates excel in diverse challenging conditions. The commercially pure Grade 1 titanium is the softest and most ductile, offering excellent weldability, good impact hardness, and superior cold formability.
Producers of ASTM B265 Titanium Gr 1 Plates, Titanium Gr 1 Sheets, Finished Plates, and Coils. Suppliers of Pure Titanium Hot Rolled Plates, Cold Rolled Plates, Titanium Grade 1 Patterned and Perforated Plates. Renowned manufacturers and dealers of Titanium Grade 1 Sheets and Plates in China.
At Daxun, we ensure prompt and efficient delivery of Grade 1 titanium plate products. Our rapid delivery is backed by a robust system encompassing production capacity, information, logistics, and capital flow. For instance, our order data flows seamlessly to the logistics system in real time. Strategically located processing centers near highways, rivers, and seas, combined with coordinated scheduling and prompt responses, facilitate efficient storage, transportation, and loading, ensuring timely task completion.
With lower density and greater ductility, Grade 1 titanium plates are ideally suited for industries prioritizing weight and deep drawing processes, such as medical, chemical equipment, and aerospace sectors. Their high strength and corrosion resistance also make them indispensable for marine, chemical processing, and desalination applications. Typical uses include oil and gas components, reaction and pressure vessels, piping systems, power, heat exchangers, linings, flue gas desulfurization systems, and numerous other industrial components. Adhering to standards such as ASTM B265, ASTM F67, AMS4911, AMS4928, AMS4943, AMS4944, AMS4945, AMS4967, and AMS4972 ensures reliability and quality.
For Grade 1 Titanium Plates, the cold rolled thickness ranges from 0.3 mm to 6.0 mm, while the hot rolled thickness spans from 4.76 mm to 155 mm. Supplied in hot rolled or heat-treated conditions, these plates are produced through longitudinal and transverse rolling. When necessary, creep flattening heat treatment can be applied to relieve internal stresses and meet special flatness requirements. Plates are available in cut blank forms, shaped from parent plates, and can be further processed mechanically or chemically based on customer specifications.
