Grade 1 titanium plate, characterized by its lower density and superior ductility, is ideal for industries prioritizing weight reduction and deep drawing processes. Key sectors include medical, chemical equipment, and aerospace. Additionally, Grade 1 titanium's strength and corrosion resistance make it indispensable for marine, chemical processing, and desalination applications. Common applications encompass oil and gas components, reaction and pressure vessels, piping systems, power, heat exchangers, linings, flue gas desulfurization systems, and various industrial components. Adhering to standards including ASTM B265, ASTM F67, AMS4911, AMS4928, AMS4943, AMS4944, AMS4945, AMS4967, and AMS4972.
Grade 1 Titanium Plates have a cold-rolled thickness range of 0.3 mm to 6.0 mm. These plates are available in hot-rolled or heat-treated conditions. The hot-rolled thickness ranges from 4.76 mm to 155 mm, produced through longitudinal and transverse rolling. For stress relief and special flatness requirements, creep flattening can be applied as a heat treatment. Plates can also be supplied as cut blanks with complex shapes cut from a parent plate, tailored to customer specifications through mechanical or chemical processing.

Grade 1
Today, DAXUN Alloys stands as a premier global producer and supplier of high-quality Grade 1 titanium plates.
Pure Grade 1 titanium plate excels in ductility and cold formability, making it perfect for deep drawing applications. Renowned for its excellent general and seawater corrosion resistance, Grade 1 titanium also withstands oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing environments, including chlorides. With low density (about half that of nickel-based alloys), a high strength-to-weight ratio, and superb corrosion resistance, it is an optimal choice for harsh chemical conditions. Commercially pure Grade 1 titanium is the softest and most ductile, offering good cold formability, excellent weldability, and superior impact resistance.
We are producers of ASTM B265 Titanium Gr 1 Plates, Sheets, Finished Plates, Coils, Hot Rolled and Cold Rolled Plates, Patterned Plates, Perforated Plates, and more. As a leading supplier in China, we offer a comprehensive range of Grade 1 titanium products tailored to meet diverse industrial needs.
Grade 2
DAXUN proudly manufactures and stocks commercially pure titanium plates Grade 2 (UNS R50400) with thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to 120mm. As the 'workhorse' of pure titanium materials, Grade 2 combines high strength, ductility, and excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for a vast array of industrial applications.
Grade 2 Titanium Plate is a commercially pure titanium offering an exceptional balance of strength and ductility. It delivers good impact strength, easy weldability, and superior corrosion resistance in highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine solutions, weakly reducing environments, and wet ***. Additionally, it excels in resisting seawater and salt solutions.
With low density, a high strength-to-weight ratio, and impressive corrosion resistance, titanium is ideal for numerous applications. Grade 2 Titanium Plate effectively resists stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion in chloride solutions below 70°C. With a melting point of 1660°C, it is the preferred choice for most industrial applications requiring good ductility and corrosion resistance.
