Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
Our hot-finished titanium tubes are meticulously crafted through hot-rolling or hot-extrusion processes, followed by precise straightening, machining of internal and external diameters, and surface polishing. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, they undergo comprehensive ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure impeccable quality.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: OD 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness 9mm to 30mm, length up to 5000mm (negotiable between manufacturer and customer); - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness 7mm to 35mm, length up to 3000mm (negotiable between manufacturer and customer).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are delivered heat-treated, surface-etched, and rigorously tested via hydrostatic or ultrasonic methods, tailored to meet specific manufacturing requirements. Available dimensions: OD 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness 0.5mm to 11mm, length up to 6000mm (negotiable between manufacturer and customer).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun specializes in manufacturing and supplying titanium welded pipes with diameters ranging from 100 mm, wall thickness from 0.4 mm to 1.65 mm, and lengths up to 25000 mm. Our titanium welded pipes, available in electrical Gr1, Gr2, and Gr7 alloys, are ideal for engineering and chemical industries. Fabricated from flat-rolled material using automated tungsten inert gas welding, these pipes undergo stringent mechanical, geometrical, ultrasonic, eddy current, pneumatic, and hydrostatic testing to adhere to ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards.
