Our hot-finished titanium tubes are crafted to perfection, available as hot-rolled or hot-extruded, meticulously straightened, with precision-machined inside and outside diameters, and flawlessly surface polished. These titanium tubes can be supplied in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms. Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: Outer Diameter (OD) ranges from 19mm to 325mm, with a wall thickness of 9mm to 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm (custom agreements between manufacturer and customer apply). - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD ranges from 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness of 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm (custom agreements between manufacturer and customer apply).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our cold-finished titanium tubes are available in heat-treated, surface-etched forms, and undergo rigorous hydrostatic or ultrasonic testing based on manufacturing specifications. Offered dimensions: OD 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness 0.5mm to 11mm, with lengths up to 6000mm (custom agreements between manufacturer and customer apply).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun expertly manufactures and supplies titanium welded pipes with diameters starting from 100mm, wall thickness ranging from 0.4 to 1.65 mm, and lengths extending up to 25000mm. Available in Gr1, Gr2, and Gr7 titanium alloys, these pipes are designed for engineering and chemical industries. Crafted from flat rolled raw materials, they undergo automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding and in-line heat treatment. Post-production, each pipe undergoes comprehensive mechanical testing, geometrical measurements, ultrasonic and eddy current testing, as well as pneumatic or hydrostatic testing, and is packed according to customer specifications. Our strict adherence to ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards ensures exceptional quality.
Due to its high palladium content, Titanium Grade 7 exhibits outstanding resistance to corrosion. This makes it particularly suited for saltwater applications and environments with chloride media. Additionally, Titanium Grade 7 boasts incredible resistance to erosion and impacts, making it an ideal choice for demanding use cases.
