Our premium hot-finished titanium tubes are expertly crafted through hot-rolling or hot-extrusion processes. They feature meticulously straightened profiles, precision-machined inner and outer diameters, and polished surfaces. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated variants, we ensure top-tier quality with 100% ultrasonic flaw detection capabilities.

Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are delivered heat-treated, surface-etched, and rigorously tested-hydrostatically or ultrasonically-to meet stringent manufacturing standards. Tube Specifications: OD ranges from 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm (customized lengths available upon agreement).

Available in lengths up to 25000mm, our pipes are ideal for engineering and chemical industries. Using flat rolled raw material (kelp), our state-of-the-art automated tungsten inert gas (argon) welding and in-line heat treatment ensure exceptional quality. Each pipe undergoes rigorous mechanical testing, geometric measurements, 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, and pneumatic or hydrostatic testing. Rough forging should be initiated at 871°C (1600°F) and completed within the range of 788-843°C (1450-1550°F).
