At DAXUN, we manufacture and stock a comprehensive range of commercially pure titanium plates, including grades Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, and Gr4 (UNS), available in thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 120 mm. These grades are the backbone of the commercially pure titanium family, offering an exceptional combination of high strength, ductility, and outstanding corrosion resistance, suitable for numerous industrial applications.
Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, and Gr4 titanium plates are known for their exceptional balance of strength and ductility. They exhibit impressive impact strength, easy weldability, and superior corrosion resistance in highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine solutions, weakly reducing environments, and wet ***. Additionally, these grades offer excellent resistance to seawater and salt solutions, making them highly versatile.
The Gr5 (Grade 5) Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy plate stands out as an α-β type titanium alloy, comprising 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium. Aluminum stabilizes the α phase while vanadium stabilizes the β phase. This alloy is renowned for its exceptional comprehensive performance and excellent processability. With outstanding room temperature and high temperature strength, good creep resistance, thermal stability, high fatigue performance, *** growth resistance in seawater, and satisfactory fracture toughness, Gr5 Ti-6Al-4V is well-suited for various processing, welding, and machining methods.

1. Cold-Rolled Titanium Plate: Our cold-rolled titanium plates are meticulously crafted through a sophisticated plate rolling process, culminating in the precision of cold rolling. These sheets are available in either a work-hardened or heat-treated condition, tailored to your specific needs. Whether you require mechanical or chemical processing, we accommodate your requirements to deliver optimal results. 2. Hot-Rolled Titanium Plate: Produced through both longitudinal rolling and longitudinal-transverse rolling, our hot-rolled titanium plates offer thicknesses ranging from 3.0mm to 155mm. Delivered in a heat-treated state, these plates can undergo creep flattening to eliminate internal stresses and meet special flatness specifications. We provide sheets as cut blanks, enabling the creation of complex shapes from the parent metal, with further processing customized to your specifications.3. Forged Titanium Plate: Manufactured by forging steel ingots via vertical hydraulic press followed by rolling, or through open die forging combined with rolling, our forged titanium plates are engineered to perfection. Standard slab dimensions reach up to 580 mm in thickness, 2000 mm in width, and 6000 mm in length. All dimensions and weights are customizable, tailored to meet the exacting standards agreed upon between the manufacturer and customer.

Grade 1
Today, DAXUN Alloys stands as a leading global producer and supplier of premium-quality Grade 1 titanium plate.
Pure Grade 1 titanium plate is celebrated for its exceptional ductility and cold formability, making it perfect for deep drawing applications. Grade 1 titanium is distinguished by its outstanding general and seawater corrosion resistance, as well as its resilience against oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing media, including chlorides. With a low density (approximately half that of nickel-based alloys), a high strength-to-weight ratio, and robust corrosion resistance, Grade 1 titanium is an excellent choice for various harsh chemical conditions. Commercially pure Grade 1 titanium is the softest and most ductile variant, featuring excellent cold formability, superior corrosion resistance, exceptional weldability, and good impact hardness.
We are premier ASTM B265 Titanium Gr 1 Plate Producers, offering a diverse range of products including Titanium Gr 1 Sheets, Finished Plates, ASTM B265 Titanium Grade 1 Coils, Pure Titanium Gr 1 Hot Rolled Plates, Cold Rolled Plates, Patterned Plates, Perforated Plates, and more. We are your trusted manufacturers and suppliers in China.
Grade 2
DAXUN produces and stocks commercially pure Grade 2 titanium plates (UNS R50400) with thicknesses from 0.5mm to 120mm. Grade 2 Titanium Plate (UNS R50400) is the 'workhorse' of commercially pure titanium, offering a perfect blend of high strength, ductility, and excellent corrosion resistance for numerous industrial applications.
Grade 2 Titanium Plate is a commercially pure titanium variant that provides an excellent balance of strength and ductility. It has good impact strength, is easily weldable, and boasts remarkable corrosion resistance in highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine solutions, mildly reducing environments, and wet ***. It also offers excellent resistance to seawater and salt solutions.
Titanium's low density, high strength-to-weight ratio, and robust corrosion resistance make it an ideal material for a broad array of applications. It effectively resists stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion in chloride solutions below 70°C. With a melting point of 1660°C, Grade 2 Titanium Plate is the alloy of choice for numerous industrial applications demanding excellent ductility and corrosion resistance.
