1. Cold-rolled Titanium Plate: This superior-grade plate is meticulously crafted through an advanced plate rolling process, culminating in a precise cold-rolling step. These sheets are available in either work-hardened or expertly heat-treated conditions. Depending on specific customer requirements, these plates can undergo further mechanical or chemical processing to ensure optimal performance. 2. Hot-rolled Titanium Plate: Manufactured by employing both longitudinal and transverse rolling techniques, these plates boast a thickness spectrum ranging from 3.0mm to 155mm and are supplied in a heat-treated state. For special flatness requirements, creep flattening as a heat treatment option is available. These plates can also be provided as cut blanks, tailored into complex shapes directly from the parent metal, with further customization based on client specifications.3. Forged Titanium Plate: Created by forging steel ingots on a vertical hydraulic press and subsequently rolling them, or through open die forging followed by rolling. Standard slab dimensions reach a thickness of up to 580 mm, a width of up to 2000 mm, and a length of up to 6000 mm. The dimensions and weight of these forged plates are customizable, as established through mutual agreement between the manufacturer and the client.
