Grade 5 titanium tubes are essential components for industries operating under extreme corrosive conditions, including:
At Daxun, we implement rigorous quality assurance tests, such as flattening tests, flaring tests, ultrasonic flaw detection, pitting and resistance tests, mechanical tests, hardness tests, material positive identification, expansion tests, and more. These comprehensive tests ensure that our Grade 1 Titanium Welded Pipe and Grade 1 Titanium Seamless Pipe materials meet the highest standards for their intended applications. Throughout production, we meticulously measure the diameter, thickness, and surface quality of our products. Our standard delivery time is 5-7 days, with a delivery window of 15-20 days for special size products.
Ti-6Al4V Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tube is the most commercially available titanium alloy, known for its high strength and toughness. It exhibits excellent welding and processing characteristics, making it ideal for a wide range of demanding applications:
We stock and sell Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Seamless Tubes, Forged Seamless Tubes, Welded Tubes, and more.
As a leading manufacturer and supplier in China, Daxun Alloy provides premium Grade 5 titanium pipes globally, earning acclaim across numerous projects.
Ti 6Al-4V (Grade 5 Titanium) is the most widely used titanium alloy, representing over 50% of titanium usage. It is typically used in the annealed state, with an operating temperature up to 400°C (750°F). Ti 6Al/4V is welded using matching or ELI filler wire and offers significantly higher strength than commercial pure titanium tubes, with enhanced stiffness and thermal properties (excluding thermal conductivity). The thermal conductivity of Grade 5 titanium tube is about 60% lower than CP titanium. This grade can be heat-treated for improved strength and performance, offering robust formability, low density, and exceptional corrosion resistance.
This grade offers a perfect blend of strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and machinability, making it indispensable for military aircraft, aviation, rocket parts, precision-guided components, armor parts, ship equipment, military vacuum equipment, and more. The close variant, 6-4ELI, is preferred for surgical implants. Typically utilized in applications up to 400°C, it improves ductility and toughness in cold working conditions, while also boasting excellent specific strength. Provided in the annealed state, it is easy to heat treat for enhanced strength across various applications. Ti 6Al-4V Titanium Seamless Tube exhibits ideal properties at temperatures from -210°C to 400°C, making it the most commercialized titanium alloy with high strength and toughness, along with excellent welding and processing characteristics.

Titanium Seamless Tubes
Daxun produces:
Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
Our hot-finished titanium tubes are meticulously crafted, available as hot-rolled or hot-extruded. Each tube is straightened, precisely machined inside and out, with a polished surface. We offer both heat-treated and non-heat-treated options. All our products undergo 100% ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure impeccable quality.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: Outer Diameter (OD) 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness ranging from 9mm to 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm, subject to mutual agreement. Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm, also negotiable between manufacturer and customer.
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our cold-finished titanium tubes are available in heat-treated forms, with surface-etched finishes. Each tube is rigorously hydrostatically or ultrasonically tested to meet stringent manufacturing specifications. Specifications: OD 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm, customizable based on mutual agreement.
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun specializes in manufacturing titanium pipes with diameters from 12.7mm to 38.1mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thickness from 0.4mm to 1.65mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in), and lengths up to 25000mm. Our titanium alloy pipes, in grades Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12, cater to the engineering and chemical industries. These welded pipes are produced from flat rolled raw material using advanced automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding and are heat treated inline. Each pipe undergoes stringent mechanical tests, geometrical measurements, and 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, along with pneumatic or hydrostatic testing. Packed according to customer specifications, our pipes meet ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards, ensuring top-notch quality and compliance.
