Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
These tubes are meticulously supplied in hot-rolled or hot-extruded forms, with straightened, machined interior and exterior diameters, and a polished surface finish. Our titanium tubes can be either heat-treated or non-heat-treated, depending on your needs. We pride ourselves on our 100% ultrasonic flaw detection capabilities to ensure the highest quality.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: OD 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness 9mm to 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm. These specifications can be customized through mutual agreement between the manufacturer and the customer. - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm, customizable as per agreement.
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are crafted to meet stringent manufacturing specifications, available in heat-treated forms, surface-etched, hydrostatically, or ultrasonically tested. Tubes are supplied with OD ranging from 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm, subject to mutual agreement.
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun specializes in manufacturing and supplying premium titanium pipes with diameters ranging from 12.7 to 38.1 mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thickness from 0.4 to 1.65 mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in), and lengths up to 25000 mm. We provide Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloy pipes for engineering and chemical industries. Our titanium welded pipes are produced from flat rolled raw materials using advanced tungsten inert gas (argon) welding technology and are heat treated on the mill line. The final welded pipes undergo comprehensive mechanical, ultrasonic, eddy current, pneumatic, or hydrostatic testing, ensuring compliance with ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards. Pipes are meticulously packed as per customer specifications.

Titanium Grade 9, often hailed as 'half 6-4', is an exceptional alloy combining 3% aluminium and 2.5% vanadium. This unique blend delivers an impressive 20 to 50% boost in mechanical strength compared to other materials.commercially pure (CP)titanium grades. It outshines others with its outstanding formability and weldability, particularly surpassing Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5).
Titanium Grade 18 (UNS R56322) mirrors Grade 9 in every aspect, with a notable distinction: the addition of 0.04 - 0.08% palladium. This enhancement significantly elevates corrosion resistance. Both Grades 9 and 18 have a remarkably low density of 4.48 g/cc - weighing in at less than 60% of steel.
This versatile material excels in resisting corrosion in oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing environments, including chlorides. The added palladium in Titanium Grade 18 further enhances its corrosion resistance, with the alloy maintaining its integrity up to temperatures of 600°F (316°C).
