Titanium Seamless Tubes
Daxun produces:
Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
Our hot-finished titanium tubes are crafted with precision, offered in hot-rolled or hot-extruded forms. These tubes feature straightened, machined inside and outside diameters, and a polished surface. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated conditions, each tube undergoes 100% ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure impeccable quality.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: Outer Diameter (OD) ranges from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness between 9mm to 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm. Specifications can be customized through mutual agreement between the manufacturer and customer. - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD from 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness from 7mm to 35mm, lengths up to 3000mm. These specifications are also adjustable based on mutual agreement.
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our cold-finished titanium tubes are supplied after heat treatment, surface etching, hydrostatic testing, or ultrasonic testing, meeting precise manufacturing requirements. Available in: OD from 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm, with custom specifications agreed upon between manufacturer and customer.
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun specializes in manufacturing titanium welded pipes with diameters from 12.7mm to 38.1mm (0.47in to 1.5in), wall thickness ranging from 0.4mm to 1.65mm (0.016in to 0.065in), and lengths up to 25,000mm. Utilizing Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloys, our welded pipes serve engineering and chemical industries. These pipes are produced from flat rolled raw material (kelp) using automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding and heat-treated on the mill line. Each pipe undergoes rigorous mechanical testing, geometrical measurements, 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, and pneumatic or hydrostatic testing. Pipes are custom packed per customer specifications, ensuring compliance with ASTM B338 and ASME SB338 standards.
