Grade 1
Today, DAXUN Alloys stands out as a leading global producer and supplier of premium Grade 1 titanium plates.
Pure Grade 1 titanium plate boasts excellent ductility and cold formability, making it perfect for deep drawing applications. Known for its outstanding resistance to general corrosion, seawater, oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing media (including chlorides), it is an ideal choice for challenging chemical environments. With low density (around half that of nickel-based alloys), high strength-to-weight ratio, and superior corrosion resistance, Grade 1 titanium is the softest and most ductile of commercially pure titanium grades. It also features excellent weldability and good impact hardness.
We are your go-to source for ASTM B265 Titanium Gr 1 plates. Our offerings include Titanium Gr 1 Sheets, Finished Plates, Coils, Hot Rolled Plates, Cold Rolled Plates, Patterned Plates, Perforated Plates, and more. As leading manufacturers in China, we ensure unmatched quality and reliability.
Grade 2
DAXUN manufactures and stocks commercially pure titanium plates Grade 2 (UNS R50400) in thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to 120mm. Grade 2 Titanium Plate is renowned as the 'workhorse' of the commercially pure titanium family, offering an excellent balance of strength, ductility, and corrosion resistance for various industrial applications.
Grade 2 Titanium Plate, a commercially pure titanium plate, achieves an ideal strength-to-ductility balance and features good weldability and impact strength. It exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine solutions, weakly reducing environments, and wet ***. It is also resistant to seawater and salt solutions, making it suitable for diverse industrial uses.
With its low density, high strength-to-weight ratio, and excellent corrosion resistance, titanium is perfect for numerous applications. It resists stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion in chloride solutions below 70°C. Grade 2 Titanium Plate, with a melting point of 1660°C, is the preferred alloy for most industrial applications requiring superior ductility and corrosion resistance.
