Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
These tubes are supplied in the form of hot-rolled or hot-extruded, straightened, with machined inside and outside diameters, and surface polished to perfection. Available in heat-treated or non-heat-treated forms, our titanium tubes undergo comprehensive ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure superior quality.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: OD 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness 9mm to 30mm, length up to 5000mm (subject to agreement between manufacturer and customer); - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness 7mm to 35mm, length up to 3000mm (subject to agreement between manufacturer and customer).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are provided in heat-treated, surface-etched, hydrostatically tested, or ultrasonically tested forms, tailored to manufacturing specifications. Tubes Supplied: - OD 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness 0.5mm to 11mm, length up to 6000mm (subject to agreement between manufacturer and customer).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun manufactures and supplies titanium pipes with diameters ranging from 12.7 to 38.1 mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thickness from 0.4 to 1.65 mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in), and lengths up to 25000 mm. We offer electrical Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloy pipes tailored for the engineering and chemical industries. Our titanium welded pipes are crafted from flat rolled raw material (kelp) using automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding on electric pipe welders and are heat-treated on the mill line. These pipes undergo rigorous mechanical testing, geometric measurements, 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, and pneumatic or hydrostatic testing before being packed per customer specifications. Our meticulous manufacturing processes and inspection equipment guarantee that our thin wall welded pipes meet ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards.

Titanium Grade 9, often hailed as 'half 6-4', is a remarkable alloy composed of titanium, 3% aluminium, and 2.5% vanadium. This sophisticated blend delivers an incredible 20 to 50% increase in mechanical strength over CP (commercially pure) titanium.commercially pure (CP)titanium grades, while offering superior formability and weldability compared to the robust Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5).
Titanium Grade 18 (UNS R56322) mirrors Grade 9 in all aspects but includes an additional 0.04 - 0.08% palladium, significantly enhancing its corrosion resistance. Both Grades 9 and 18 boast a density of just 4.48 g/cc, making them less than 60% as dense as steel.
This extraordinary material exhibits exceptional corrosion resistance in oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing environments, including chlorides. The addition of palladium in Titanium Grade 18 further boosts its corrosion resistance. It withstands oxidation up to 600°F (316°C).
