Cold Drawn Bright Stainless Steel Rods
Cold-drawn stainless steel rods are meticulously drawn under cold working conditions, resulting in a smooth surface that can be further polished and ground for an impeccable finish.

General Properties
Daxun Alloys' extensive service center network ensures a ready supply of common bar sizes and alloys. We also offer custom-sized stainless steel bars and can arrange a stocking program for quantities below the factory minimum, ensuring prompt and fast turnaround. Our inventory includes stainless steel round bars ranging from 1/16" to 26" in diameter, available in nearly every grade of stainless steel, including but not limited to 302, 303, 304/L, 309/S, 310/S, 316/L, 317/L, 321, 321/H, 347, 347H, 410, 416, 420, 440C, 17-4PH, Duplex 2205, and Alloy 20.
Additional Services
Most of our inventory comprises our exclusive processed bar grade: stainless steel round bars, which are melted to consistent standards to enhance machinability and reduce the total cost of each part. Our state-of-the-art stainless steel bar processing machinery enables Daxun Alloys to achieve precise specifications tailored to our customers' needs.
1. Daxun offers heat treatment services for our stainless steel bars, customized based on the metal's chemistry. 2. Positive Material Identification (PMI): In some instances, additional PMI testing may be required, which Daxun can conduct in-house or in collaboration with an independent laboratory. 3. Ultrasonic Testing (UT): Utilizing high-frequency sound energy, we inspect and measure stainless steel bar products for defect detection, evaluation, and dimensional measurements.
