The 317L Stainless Steel Pipe, a molybdenum-enriched, low-carbon austenitic stainless steel, boasts superior levels of chromium, nickel, and molybdenum for enhanced resistance to corrosion and various chemicals including sulfite, acetic, formic, citric, and tartaric acids. Its low carbon content ensures resistance to sensitization during welding and offers superior creep resistance, rupture stress, and tensile strength at elevated temperatures. The steel remains nonmagnetic in its annealed state, though slight magnetism may develop post-welding.
