Our exclusive hot-finished titanium tubes are meticulously supplied in various forms including hot-rolled and hot-extruded. Each tube is straightened and machined to precision both inside and outside, with a polished surface finish. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated versions, every tube undergoes rigorous 100% ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure impeccable quality.

Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our premium cold-finished titanium tubes are tailored to meet various manufacturing specifications and are available in heat-treated forms. Each tube is surface-etched, hydrostatically tested, or ultrasonically tested to ensure the highest standards of quality. Specifications: Diameter 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness 0.5mm to 11mm, and length up to 6000mm (customizable as agreed upon with the customer).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun is proud to manufacture superior quality titanium pipes with diameters starting from 100mm. Featuring wall thicknesses from 0.4mm to 1.65mm and lengths up to 25000mm, these pipes are designed to excel in engineering and chemical industries. Fabricated from flat rolled raw material through automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding and heat-treated on the mill line, the welded pipes undergo comprehensive testing-mechanical, geometrical measurements, 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, and pneumatic or hydrostatic testing. Meeting ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards, they are packed according to customer specifications.
