We maintain a comprehensive inventory of Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Seamless Tubes, Forged Seamless Tubes, Welded Tubes, and more.
As a premier manufacturer and supplier of titanium alloy tubes in China, Daxun Alloy is dedicated to delivering top-tier Grade 5 titanium pipes to global markets, earning acclaim across numerous projects.
Ti 6Al-4V (Grade 5 Titanium) is the most extensively used titanium alloy, representing over 50% of total titanium usage. Typically supplied in the annealed state, it withstands temperatures up to 400°C (750°F). This alloy is welded with matching or ELI filler wire and offers superior strength compared to pure titanium, alongside enhanced stiffness and thermal properties (excluding thermal conductivity). Its thermal conductivity is approximately 60% less than CP titanium. Grade 5's heat treatable nature allows for optimized strength and performance. Key benefits include excellent formability, low density, and outstanding corrosion resistance.
Grade 5 strikes the perfect balance of strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and machinability, making it highly sought after in military aircraft, aviation, rocket parts, precision-guided components, armor, ship equipment, and military vacuum equipment. The 6-4ELI variant is used in surgical implants. Usable up to 400°C, it enhances ductility and toughness in cold conditions. Provided in the annealed state, it is easy to heat treat to boost strength for varied applications. With a wide range of desirable properties at temperatures from -210°C to 400°C, Grade 5 titanium alloy tube is the most commercialized titanium alloy, combining high strength and toughness with excellent welding and processing characteristics.

Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are expertly heat-treated, surface-etched, and undergo rigorous hydrostatic or ultrasonic testing as specified. Available dimensions include outer diameters from 6mm to 89mm, wall thicknesses from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm (customizable per agreement).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun manufactures premium titanium pipes with diameters ranging from 12.7 mm to 38.1 mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thicknesses from 0.4 mm to 1.65 mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in), and lengths up to 25000 mm. Our offerings include electrical Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloy pipes, specially designed for engineering and chemical industries. These welded pipes are crafted from flat rolled raw material using advanced automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding on electric pipe welders and are heat-treated on the mill line. Each pipe undergoes stringent mechanical testing, precise geometrical measurements, 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, and either pneumatic or hydrostatic testing. Packaging is customized to meet customer requirements. Our manufacturing processes and testing equipment ensure that our thin-wall welded pipes comply with ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards.
