Advanced Production

Titanium Grade 2 Plates are available in cold rolled thicknesses ranging from 0.3 mm to 6.0 mm, and in hot rolled or heat-treated conditions. The plates are also available in hot rolled thicknesses from 4.76 mm to 155 mm, produced by longitudinal and transverse rolling. If required, creep flattening can be applied as heat treatment to relieve internal stresses and adhere to special flatness requirements. Plates can be delivered in cut blank form, catering to complex shapes cut from a parent plate. Further processing is tailored to customer specifications, either mechanically or chemically.
