Advanced Production Techniques

Titanium Grade 2 Plates are available in cold-rolled thicknesses ranging from 0.3 mm to 6.0 mm, and in hot-rolled or heat-treated conditions. For plates produced through longitudinal and transverse rolling, hot-rolled thicknesses span from 4.76 mm to 155 mm. When necessary, creep flattening can be utilized as a heat treatment to relieve internal stresses and achieve special flatness requirements. Plates can be supplied in cut blank form, allowing for complex shapes to be cut from a parent plate. Subsequent processing can be either mechanical or chemical, tailored to customer specifications.
