Our hot-finished titanium tubes are meticulously crafted through hot-rolling or hot-extrusion processes. These tubes feature impeccably straightened profiles, expertly machined inside and outside diameters, and a polished surface finish. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, our tubes undergo comprehensive 100% ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure unparalleled quality.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: Outer Diameter (OD) ranges from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness from 9mm to 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm (subject to mutual agreement between the manufacturer and the customer). - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD from 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness from 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm (subject to mutual agreement between the manufacturer and the customer).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our cold-finished titanium tubes are available heat-treated, surface-etched, and have undergone rigorous hydrostatic or ultrasonic testing, tailored to meet specific manufacturing requirements. Dimensions Offered: OD ranges from 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm (subject to mutual agreement between the manufacturer and the customer).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun excels in producing titanium welded pipes with diameters starting from 100 mm, wall thicknesses from 0.4 to 1.65 mm, and lengths extending up to 25000 mm. We specialize in Gr1, Gr2, and Gr7 titanium alloy pipes engineered for chemical and industrial applications.
