Our titanium tubes are meticulously crafted through hot-rolling or hot-extrusion, ensuring precision with straightened, machined inside and outside diameters, and polished surfaces. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, our tubes undergo 100% ultrasonic flaw detection, guaranteeing impeccable quality.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: OD 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness 9mm to 30mm, length up to 5000mm (subject to manufacturer-customer agreement). Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness 7mm to 35mm, length up to 3000mm (subject to manufacturer-customer agreement).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our cold-finished titanium tubes are provided in heat-treated, surface-etched forms, and are rigorously hydrostatically or ultrasonically tested as per manufacturing specifications. Available dimensions: OD 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness 0.5mm to 11mm, length up to 6000mm (subject to manufacturer-customer agreement).

To anneal Grade 12 Ti 0.3 Mo 0.8 Ni alloy, heat the material to 732-816°C (1350-1500°F), maintain for 2 hours, then air cool. For intermediate stress relief, heat to 538-649°C (1000-1200°F), hold for 1 hour, followed by air cooling.
Perform rough forging at 871°C (1600°F), and complete the process at 788-843°C (1450-1550°F).
Hot working significantly enhances the material's overall ductility.
Cold working properties of this material align closely with those of austenitic stainless steel. Post-work annealing is recommended to restore optimal performance characteristics.
