Grade 5 titanium tubes are the cornerstone of several industries, especially those demanding exceptional resistance to corrosive environments:
Daxun ensures top-notch quality through a series of rigorous tests, including flattening tests, flaring tests, ultrasonic flaw detection tests, pitting and resistance tests, mechanical tests, hardness tests, material positive identification, and expansion tests. These stringent measures affirm the suitability of Grade 1 Titanium Welded and Seamless Pipe materials. Diameter, thickness, and surface precision are monitored throughout production. Standard delivery time is 5-7 days, with special size products taking 15-20 days.
Ti-6Al4V Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tube stands as the premier choice among commercially available titanium alloys. Renowned for its high strength and toughness, Grade 5 Titanium alloy also offers excellent welding and processing capabilities:
We stock and supply an array of Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Seamless Tubes, Forged Seamless Tubes, and Welded Tubes.
As a leading manufacturer and supplier in China, Daxun Alloy provides world-class Grade 5 titanium pipes, earning accolades for various projects globally.
Ti 6Al-4V (Grade 5 Titanium) reigns as the most extensively used titanium alloy, representing over 50% of total titanium usage. Typically in an annealed state, it operates up to 400°C (750°F) and is welded with matching or ELI filler wire. Grade 5 titanium boasts significantly higher strength than commercially pure titanium, with superior stiffness and thermal properties (excluding thermal conductivity). The alloy has about 60% lower thermal conductivity than CP titanium. Heat treatment further enhances its strength and performance, offering exceptional formability, low density, and excellent corrosion resistance.
This grade perfectly balances strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and machinability. It finds extensive use in military aircraft, aviation, rocket parts, precision-guided components, armor parts, ship equipment, and military vacuum equipment. The close variant, 6-4ELI, is used in surgical implants. Typically used up to 400°C, it improves ductility and toughness in cold working conditions, providing excellent specific strength. Supplied in an annealed state, it is easily heat-treated for enhanced strength across various applications. As a versatile titanium alloy, Ti 6Al-4V titanium seamless tube offers an ideal set of properties at temperatures ranging from -210°C to 400°C. Grade 5 titanium alloy tube remains the most commercialized of all titanium alloys, combining high strength and toughness with superior welding and processing characteristics.

Titanium Seamless Tubes
Daxun produces:
Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
Our hot-finished titanium tubes are masterfully crafted to offer exceptional performance. These tubes come in hot-rolled or hot-extruded forms and are precision straightened, with both interior and exterior diameters precisely machined and surfaces meticulously polished. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated conditions, our tubes are rigorously tested using 100% ultrasonic flaw detection techniques to ensure superior quality.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: With outer diameters ranging from 19mm to 325mm, wall thicknesses between 9mm and 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm (adjustable upon mutual agreement), these tubes exemplify versatility and durability. - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: Featuring outer diameters from 50mm to 160mm, wall thicknesses between 7mm and 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm (negotiable per specifications), these tubes are engineered for high performance and reliability.
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our cold-finished titanium tubes are available in heat-treated forms, with surface etching, and are rigorously tested either hydrostatically or ultrasonically to meet precise manufacturing standards. Supplied in dimensions ranging from 6mm to 89mm in outer diameter, wall thicknesses of 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm (customizable based on agreement), these tubes are designed to meet diverse application needs.
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun specializes in manufacturing high-quality titanium welded pipes with diameters starting from 12.7mm to 38.1mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in) and wall thicknesses ranging from 0.4mm to 1.65mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in, depending on diameter). These pipes can extend up to 25000mm in length and are engineered using Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloys, making them ideal for engineering and chemical industries. Produced from flat rolled raw material through automated tungsten inert gas (argon) welding and heat-treated on the mill line, our welded pipes undergo stringent mechanical testing, geometric measurements, and comprehensive ultrasonic and eddy current testing. They are also subjected to pneumatic or hydrostatic testing to ensure compliance with ASTM B 338, ASME SB 338 standards. Each pipe is packaged according to customer specifications to guarantee satisfaction and performance.
