Daxun Alloy, a premier titanium alloy tube manufacturer and supplier in China, delivers top-quality Grade 5 titanium pipes globally, earning acclaim from numerous projects.
Ti 6Al-4V (Grade 5 Titanium) is the most widely utilized titanium alloy tube, representing over 50% of all titanium usage. Typically used in the annealed state, it functions at temperatures up to 400°C (750°F). Ti 6Al-4V is welded with matching or ELI filler wire. This alloy offers significantly higher strength than commercial pure titanium, coupled with enhanced stiffness and improved thermal properties (excluding thermal conductivity). The thermal conductivity of Grade 5 titanium is about 60% lower than CP titanium. Among its many advantages, it can be heat treated for superior strength and performance. Grade 5 titanium seamless tubes are prized for their strong formability, low density, and exceptional corrosion resistance.
This grade is a perfect combination of strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and machinability. Therefore, it is widely used, such as in military aircraft or aviation industry, rocket parts, precision-guided components, armor parts, ship equipment, military vacuum equipment, and other parts. The close version of 6-4, 6-4ELI, is also used in surgical implants. Typically, it is used in applications up to 400°C to improve ductility and toughness in cold working conditions. It also has excellent specific strength. It is usually provided in the annealed state and is easy to heat-treat to increase strength for a variety of applications. As a general-purpose titanium alloy, Ti 6Al-4V titanium seamless tube has a wide range of ideal properties at temperatures around -210°C - 400°C. Grade 5 titanium alloy tube is the most commercialized of all titanium alloys. It combines high strength and toughness. Grade 5 titanium alloy tube has good welding and processing characteristics.

Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
Our hot-finished titanium tubes are meticulously crafted through hot-rolling or hot-extrusion processes. These tubes are straightened and machined to precise inside and outside diameters, with a polished surface finish. Our offerings are available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, ensuring versatility for various applications. Additionally, we utilize 100% ultrasonic flaw detection to guarantee the highest quality standards.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: OD ranges from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness spans 9mm to 30mm, and lengths can reach up to 5000mm (subject to mutual agreement between manufacturer and customer). Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD ranges from 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness spans 7mm to 35mm, and lengths can reach up to 3000mm (subject to mutual agreement between manufacturer and customer).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are provided in heat-treated forms, with optional surface-etching, hydrostatic testing, or ultrasonic testing, tailored to meet specific manufacturing requirements. Tubes Supplied: OD ranges from 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness spans 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths can go up to 6000mm (subject to mutual agreement between manufacturer and customer).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun specializes in manufacturing and supplying titanium pipes with diameters ranging from 12.7mm to 38.1mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thicknesses from 0.4mm to 1.65mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in), and lengths up to an impressive 25000mm. We offer Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloy pipes tailored for engineering and chemical industries. Crafted from flat rolled raw material via automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding on electric pipe welders, these pipes are subsequently heat treated on the mill line. Each titanium welded pipe undergoes rigorous mechanical testing, geometric measurements, 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, as well as pneumatic or hydrostatic testing, ensuring compliance with ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards. Finally, pipes are meticulously packed according to customer specifications.
