These tubes feature precision machined inside and outside diameters and are available with surface polishing. Our premium titanium tubes come in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated options, and we ensure thorough quality by employing 100% ultrasonic flaw detection capabilities.

Our Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes range from OD 19mm to 325mm, with wall thicknesses between 9mm and 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm, subject to agreement between the manufacturer and customer. Additionally, our Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes feature dimensions of OD 50mm to 160mm, wall thicknesses from 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm, also customizable based on mutual agreement.

Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun specializes in the manufacturing and supply of titanium welded pipes, featuring diameters from 12.7mm to 38.1mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thicknesses from 0.4mm to 1.65mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in), and lengths up to 25000mm. Our range includes premium quality Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloy pipes designed for engineering and chemical industries. Fabricated from flat rolled materials (kelp) via state-of-the-art automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding on electric pipe welders and heat-treated on the mill line, these pipes undergo rigorous mechanical testing, geometrical measurements, 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, as well as pneumatic or hydrostatic testing. Packaging is done according to customer specifications, ensuring compliance with ASTM B 338, ASME SB 338 standards.
