At DAXUN, we manufacture and maintain an extensive inventory of commercially pure titanium plates in Grades Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, and Gr4 (UNS), with thickness options ranging from 0.5 mm to 120 mm. These titanium plates are the cornerstone of the commercially pure titanium spectrum, offering an ideal blend of high strength, remarkable ductility, and outstanding corrosion resistance, tailored for a multitude of industrial applications.
Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, and Gr4 titanium plates are quintessential examples of commercially pure titanium, delivering an exceptional balance of strength and ductility. These plates boast impressive impact strength and weldability, offering superior corrosion resistance in highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine solutions, weakly reducing environments, and moist ***. Their excellent resistance extends to seawater and salt solutions as well.
The Gr5 grade, also known as Ti6Al4V titanium plate, is a distinguished titanium alloy comprising 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium. This α-β type titanium alloy is stabilized by aluminum in the α phase and vanadium in the β phase. Renowned for its exceptional comprehensive performance, the Gr5 Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy plate excels in room temperature and high temperature strength, impressive creep resistance, and thermal stability. It demonstrates high fatigue performance and resistance to *** growth in seawater, alongside satisfactory fracture toughness and resistance against hot salt stress corrosion. Additionally, the Gr5 Ti-6Al-4V plate is highly processable with notable superplasticity, making it adaptable to various processing and welding techniques.

DAXUN is a Ti 6AL 4V-Grade 5-TC4 UNS R56400 Alloy Titanium Plate Manufacturer and Supplier from China! With the goal of creating the world's high-performance titanium alloy plates. We deliver quickly worldwide - ASTM B265 Grade 2, Grade 5 Titanium Plates. DAXUN produces and stocks alloy titanium plates Grade 5 (UNS R56400) with thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to 300mm (0.5mm-6.0mm is cold rolled. 6.0-50mm is hot rolled, and 50mm and above are forged). Grade 5 titanium plate (Ti-6Al-4V) is the "workhorse" of titanium alloy materials. It combines high strength, ductility and excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, thus being favored by many general and military industries. Compliant with: ASTE, ASME, AMS, GB, GJB, MIL, JIS, EN, etc.
Ti-6Al-4V grade 5 titanium plate is mainly used in aerospace, military industry, power industry, vehicle armor, rocket precision guidance parts, marine industry, etc.
Grade 1
Today, DAXUN Alloys is a leading global producer and supplier of high-quality Grade 1 titanium plate.
Pure Grade 1 titanium plate has excellent ductility and cold formability, making it ideal for deep drawing. Grade 1 titanium is known for its excellent general and seawater corrosion resistance, as well as its resistance to oxidizing, neutral and mildly reducing media (solutions), including chlorides. Titanium's low density (about half that of nickel-based alloys), high strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance make it an excellent choice for a wide range of harsh chemical conditions. Commercially pure Grade 1 titanium is the softest and most ductile. It has good cold formability and excellent corrosion resistance. It also has excellent weldability and good impact hardness.
ASTM B265 Titanium Gr 1 Plate Producers, Titanium Gr 1 Sheets, Titanium Gr 1 Finished Plates, ASTM B265 Titanium Grade 1 Coil Suppliers, Pure Titanium Titanium Gr 1 Hot Rolled Plates, Titanium Gr 1 Cold Rolled Plates, Titanium ASTM B265 Gr 1 Sheets, Gr 1 Titanium Patterned Plates Dealers, Titanium Gr 1 Perforated Plates, Titanium Grade 1 Sheets and Plates Manufacturers in China.
Grade2
DAXUN produces and stocks commercially pure titanium plates Grade 2 (UNS R50400) in thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to 120mm. Grade 2 Titanium Plate (UNS R50400) is the "workhorse" of the commercially pure titanium family. It combines high strength, ductility, and excellent corrosion resistance for many industrial applications.
Grade 2 Titanium Plate is a commercially pure titanium plate. It offers an excellent balance between strength and ductility. It has good impact strength and is easily weldable. It has good corrosion resistance in highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine solutions, weakly reducing environments, and wet ***. It also has excellent resistance to seawater and salt solutions.
Titanium's low density, high strength-to-weight ratio, and corrosion resistance make it an ideal material for a wide range of applications, and it effectively resists stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion in chloride solutions below 70°C. With a melting point of 1660°C, Grade 2 Titanium Plate is the alloy of choice for most industrial applications requiring good ductility and corrosion resistance.
