Advanced Production

The Grade 1 Titanium Plates are available in a cold-rolled thickness range of 0.3 mm to 6.0 mm and in a hot-rolled or heat-treated condition from 4.76 mm to 155 mm. Produced through longitudinal and transverse rolling, these plates can undergo creep flattening as a heat treatment to relieve internal stresses and meet special flatness requirements, if necessary. Additionally, plates can be supplied as cut blanks for complex shapes tailored from parent plates, with further processing-mechanical or chemical-dependent on specific customer needs.
