Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
These exceptional tubes are offered in hot-rolled or hot-extruded forms, with precision straightened, machined inner and outer diameters, and polished surfaces. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, our titanium tubes undergo rigorous ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure absolute reliability and performance.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: OD 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness 9mm to 30mm, length up to 5000mm (subject to mutual agreement); - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness 7mm to 35mm, length up to 3000mm (subject to mutual agreement).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are supplied heat-treated, surface-etched, and thoroughly tested hydrostatically or ultrasonically, based on manufacturing specifications. Tubes offered: OD 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness 0.5mm to 11mm, length up to 6000mm (subject to mutual agreement).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun excels in manufacturing titanium pipes with diameters ranging from 12.7 mm to 38.1 mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thickness from 0.4 to 1.65 mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in), and lengths up to 25000 mm. Catering to engineering and chemical industries, we offer pipes made from Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloys. Fabricated through automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding and heat-treated, our pipes are subjected to a series of stringent tests: mechanical, geometrical, ultrasonic, eddy current, pneumatic, and hydrostatic. All pipes meet ASTM B 338, ASME SB 338 standards and are packaged as per customer specifications.
Applications
Ideal for aircraft applications where high strength and minimal weight are crucial. Ti-3Al-2.5V tubing, being more malleable than Ti-6-4, is preferred for hydraulic systems. It can be cold worked using standard processes or supplied annealed. Other significant applications include bicycle and wheelchair frames.

Titanium Grade 9, sometimes renowned as 'half 6-4', is an elite alloy comprising 3% aluminium and 2.5% vanadium. This composition endows it with an impressive 20 to 50% greater mechanical strength compared tocommercially pure (CP)titanium grades. Remarkably, it also surpasses Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5) in formability and weldability.
INCREASED PALLADIUM
Titanium Grade 18 (UNS R56322) shares all attributes with Grade 9, but with an additional 0.04 - 0.08% palladium for enhanced corrosion resistance. Both grades boast a density of 4.48 g/cc, making them lighter than steel by over 40%.
CORROSION RESISTANCE
This advanced material showcases excellent corrosion resistance in oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing environments, including chloride exposure. With palladium, Titanium Grade 18 presents superior corrosion resistance, maintaining structural integrity up to 600°F (316°C).
