Daxun ensures top-notch quality by conducting multiple assurance tests such as flattening test, flaring test, ultrasonic flaw detection test, pitting and resistance test, mechanical test, hardness test, material positive identification, and expansion test. These rigorous tests guarantee that the Grade 1 Titanium Welded Pipe and Grade 1 Titanium Seamless Pipe materials meet the stringent requirements of varied applications. We meticulously measure diameter, thickness, and surface parameters during production. Our standard delivery time is 5-7 days, while special size products are delivered within 15-20 days.
Ti-6Al4V Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tube stands out as the most commercially available titanium alloy, combining remarkable strength and toughness. It exhibits excellent welding and processing capabilities:
We maintain a stock of and sell Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Seamless Tubes, Forged Seamless Tubes, Welded Tubes, and more.
As a premier titanium alloy tube manufacturer and supplier in China, Daxun Alloy delivers superior Grade 5 titanium pipes worldwide, consistently earning acclaim from various significant projects.
Ti 6Al-4V (Grade 5 Titanium) is the most widely used titanium alloy tube, constituting over 50% of total titanium usage. Primarily utilized in the annealed state, it operates efficiently up to 400°C (750°F). Ti 6Al/4V can be welded with matching or ELI filler wire and showcases significantly higher strength than commercially pure titanium tubes. It also boasts better stiffness and thermal properties (excluding thermal conductivity), with Grade 5 titanium tube's thermal conductivity being about 60% lower than CP titanium. Beyond its many benefits, it is heat-treatable, providing enhanced strength and performance. Its advantages include strong formability, low density, and excellent corrosion resistance.
This grade offers an ideal blend of strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and machinability. Consequently, it finds extensive use in sectors like military aircraft, aviation industry, rocket components, precision-guided systems, armor parts, ship equipment, military vacuum systems, and more. The closely related 6-4, 6-4ELI variant, is also employed in surgical implants. Typically used up to 400°C to boost ductility and toughness in cold working conditions, it showcases exceptional specific strength. Often supplied in the annealed state, it can be readily heat-treated to enhance strength for various applications. As a versatile titanium alloy, Ti 6Al-4V titanium seamless tube exhibits an ideal balance of properties at temperatures ranging from -210°C to 400°C. Grade 5 titanium alloy tube is the most commercialized titanium alloy, merging high strength and toughness with excellent welding and processing characteristics.
