However, please note that you will be responsible for any additional costs and spreads incurred during this period.

Q6. How long is the delivery time?
A: The delivery time ranges from 7 to 20 working days after payment confirmation.
If the order is urgent, we will expedite the process to deliver ahead of schedule.
Q7. What are your payment terms?
A: 100% T/T in advance, or Western Union for small orders.
B: 30% T/T upfront and the remaining 70% before shipment.
C: 100% Irrevocable LC at sight for large orders.
Q8: Can you produce Deep Drawing Quality (DDQ) products?
A: Yes, we can. Our materials are suitable for producing stainless steel pots, sinks, bowls, etc. Inform us of your specific usage, and we will adjust the mechanical properties to meet your requirements.
Q9: How can I obtain a sample?
A: FREE samples are available for your inspection and testing. For small pieces, we may cover the courier costs, depending on the circumstances.
