For special flatness requirements, creep flattening can be utilized to eliminate internal stress. Available as cut blanks, offering complex shaped parts derived from parent metal. Further processing will be tailored to meet your specific requirements.3. Forged Titanium Plate: Produced by forging steel ingots on a vertical hydraulic press followed by rolling, or through open die forging. Standard slab dimensions include thickness up to 580mm, width up to 2000mm, and length up to 6000mm. The dimensions and weight of the forged plates are customizable, agreed upon between the manufacturer and the customer.
