Advanced Production

Titanium Grade 2 Plates are available in cold-rolled thicknesses from 0.3 mm to 6.0 mm and hot-rolled thicknesses from 4.76 mm to 155 mm. These plates are produced either through longitudinal and transverse rolling and are supplied in hot rolled or heat-treated conditions. Creep flattening can be applied as a heat treatment to relieve internal stresses and meet special flatness requirements. Plates can be provided in cut blank forms, with parts cut from a parent plate as per customer requirements, which can be further processed mechanically or chemically.
