Grade 5 titanium tubes are extensively utilized in various industries that operate under extreme corrosive conditions:
At Daxun, we perform a series of stringent quality assurance tests, including flattening, flaring, ultrasonic flaw detection, pitting and resistance, mechanical, hardness, material positive identification, and expansion tests. These tests ensure that our Grade 1 Titanium Welded and Seamless Pipes meet the required application standards. Throughout production, we meticulously measure the diameter, thickness, and surface quality of our products. Our standard delivery timeframe is 5-7 days, with special size products delivered within 15-20 days.
Ti-6Al4V Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tube is the most commercially prevalent titanium alloy, known for its high strength and toughness. This grade exhibits excellent welding and processing characteristics:
We maintain an inventory of and sell Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Seamless Tubes, Forged Seamless Tubes, Welded Tubes, and more.
As a premier manufacturer and supplier in China, Daxun Alloy delivers top-quality Grade 5 titanium pipes globally, receiving acclaim from numerous projects.
Ti 6Al-4V (Grade 5 Titanium) is the most extensively used titanium alloy, constituting over 50% of total titanium usage. Typically used in the annealed state, it operates at temperatures up to 400°C (750°F). Welded using matching or ELI filler wire, Ti 6Al/4V boasts significantly higher strength compared to commercial pure titanium tubes, alongside improved stiffness and thermal properties (excluding thermal conductivity). Grade 5 titanium tube's thermal conductivity is about 60% lower than CP titanium. Its primary advantages include heat treatability, which optimizes strength and performance, along with outstanding formability, low density, and superior corrosion resistance.
Our Grade 5 Titanium Tube is a stellar blend of unparalleled strength, superior corrosion resistance, exceptional weldability, and outstanding machinability. This remarkable alloy's versatility makes it indispensable across various sectors, including military aircraft and aviation industries, rocket components, precision-guided munitions, armor elements, naval equipment, and military vacuum apparatus. The close variant, 6-4 ELI, further extends its utility into the medical realm, particularly in surgical implants. This grade is ideal for applications up to 400°C, enhancing ductility and toughness during cold working. It offers remarkable specific strength and is generally supplied in the annealed state, although it can be heat-treated for increased strength across diverse applications. As a premier titanium alloy, the Ti 6Al-4V seamless tube boasts a comprehensive range of ideal properties at temperatures spanning from -210°C to 400°C. Grade 5 titanium alloy tubes are the most commercialized among all titanium alloys, celebrated for their high strength and toughness. Additionally, they exhibit exceptional welding and processing characteristics.
