DAXUN proudly produces and stocks an extensive range of commercially pure titanium plates including Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, and Gr4 (UNS). These plates, with thicknesses spanning from 0.5 mm to 120 mm, are renowned as the 'workhorse' within the commercially pure titanium family. They offer a stellar combination of high strength, exceptional ductility, and unmatched corrosion resistance, making them indispensable for numerous industrial applications.
Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, and Gr4 titanium plates are the epitome of commercially pure titanium. They strike an impeccable balance between strength and ductility, boasting impressive impact strength and weldability. Their corrosion resistance is exemplary in highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine solutions, weakly reducing conditions, and wet *** atmospheres. Furthermore, they exhibit outstanding resistance to seawater and various salt solutions.
The Gr5 Grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V titanium plate is an advanced titanium alloy plate containing 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium. As an α-β type titanium alloy, aluminum serves to stabilize the α phase, while vanadium stabilizes the β phase. The Gr5 Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy plate is celebrated for its comprehensive performance and superior processing capabilities. TC4 titanium alloy demonstrates excellent strength at both room and elevated temperatures, remarkable creep resistance and thermal stability, high fatigue performance, and robust resistance to *** propagation and hot salt stress corrosion in seawater. Its exceptional process plasticity and superplasticity make it suitable for various processing, welding, and machining methods.

Grade 1
Today, DAXUN Alloys stands as a leading global producer and supplier of top-tier Grade 1 titanium plates.
Pure Grade 1 titanium plate is renowned for its exceptional ductility and cold formability, making it perfect for deep drawing. Grade 1 titanium shines with its excellent overall and seawater corrosion resistance, as well as its resilience against oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing media, including chlorides. With a low density (about half that of nickel-based alloys), a high strength-to-weight ratio, and superb corrosion resistance, it is the material of choice for numerous harsh chemical environments. Commercially pure Grade 1 titanium is the softest and most ductile variant, boasting excellent cold formability, exceptional corrosion resistance, impressive weldability, and robust impact hardness.

Grade 2
DAXUN manufactures and stocks commercially pure titanium plates Grade 2 (UNS R50400) with thicknesses spanning from 0.5mm to 120mm. Grade 2 Titanium Plate (UNS R50400) is the 'workhorse' of the commercially pure titanium family, blending high strength, ductility, and outstanding corrosion resistance, making it ideal for numerous industrial applications.
Grade 2 Titanium Plate, a commercially pure titanium offering, strikes an exceptional balance between strength and ductility. It exhibits impressive impact strength, is easily weldable, and showcases excellent corrosion resistance in highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine solutions, weakly reducing atmospheres, and wet ***. It also boasts superior resistance to seawater and salt solutions.
Titanium's low density, exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, and superior corrosion resistance make it ideal for a vast array of applications. It effectively combats stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion in chloride solutions below 70°C. With a melting point of 1660°C, Grade 2 Titanium Plate is the preferred alloy for most industrial applications demanding robust ductility and corrosion resistance.
