Our titanium tubes are meticulously supplied in hot-rolled or hot-extruded forms, straightened to perfection, with precision-machined internal and external diameters, and a polished surface finish. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, our titanium tubes undergo 100% ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure impeccable quality.

Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: With an outer diameter ranging from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness from 9mm to 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm (subject to mutual agreement between manufacturer and customer); - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: Outer diameters between 50mm and 160mm, wall thickness from 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm (subject to mutual agreement between manufacturer and customer).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are delivered in heat-treated forms, with surface etching, hydrostatic testing, or ultrasonic testing based on specific manufacturing requirements. Specifications include:- Outer diameter from 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm (subject to mutual agreement between manufacturer and customer).

These welded pipes are crafted from flat-rolled raw material using automatic tungsten inert gas welding and undergo heat treatment on the mill line. Perform rough forging at 871°C (1600°F) and conclude at 788-843°C (1450-1550°F) for the best results.
