Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
These tubes are supplied either hot-rolled or hot-extruded, featuring straightened, precision-machined inside and outside diameters, and polished surfaces. Available in heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, our titanium tubes undergo 100% ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure premium quality.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: OD 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness 9mm to 30mm, lengths up to 5000mm (to be agreed upon between manufacturer and customer). - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness 7mm to 35mm, lengths up to 3000mm (to be agreed upon between manufacturer and customer).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are supplied heat-treated, surface-etched, and tested either hydrostatically or ultrasonically, based on manufacturing specifications. Available sizes: OD 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness 0.5mm to 11mm, lengths up to 6000mm (to be agreed upon between manufacturer and customer).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun manufactures high-precision titanium pipes with diameters ranging from 12.7 mm to 38.1 mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thickness from 0.4 to 1.65 mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in), and lengths up to 25000 mm. Our Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloy pipes, intended for engineering and chemical industries, undergo automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding and in-line heat treatments. The finished pipes are subjected to rigorous mechanical tests, geometrical measurements, 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, pneumatic or hydrostatic testing, and are packed according to customer specifications. Our meticulous manufacturing processes and state-of-the-art inspection equipment ensure compliance with ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards.

Titanium Grade 9 is sometimes referred to as 'half 6-4'. This extraordinary alloy, composed of 3% aluminum and 2.5% vanadium, delivers an impressive 20 to 50% increase in mechanical strength compared to thecommercially pure (CP) titanium grades. It also boasts superior formability and weldability over Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5).titanium grades, making it an exceptional choice for demanding applications.
Titanium Grade 18 (UNS R56322) mirrors Grade 9 in every way, except it includes an additional 0.04 - 0.08% palladium to heighten corrosion resistance. Both Grades 9 and 18 have a density of 4.48 g/cc, which is less than 60% of steel's density.
This alloy exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing environments, including chloride situations. With the added palladium, Titanium Grade 18 significantly enhances corrosion resistance and withstands oxidation up to 600°F (316°C).
