Advanced Production

The cold rolled thickness range for Grade 1 Titanium Plates spans from 0.3 mm to 6.0 mm, while the hot rolled range extends from 4.76 mm to 155 mm. These plates are provided in either hot rolled or heat treated conditions, produced through longitudinal and transverse rolling. If necessary, creep flattening may be employed as a heat treatment to relieve internal stresses and achieve special flatness requirements. The plates can also be supplied as cut blanks-parts with complex shapes cut from a parent plate-tailored to customer specifications through mechanical or chemical processing.
