Gr5 Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy plate is celebrated for its exemplary comprehensive and process performance. The TC4 titanium alloy displays excellent strength at both room and high temperatures, superior creep resistance, and thermal stability. It also boasts high fatigue performance, *** growth resistance in seawater, impressive fracture toughness, and resistance to hot salt stress corrosion. Corrosion Resistance

Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, Gr4, and Gr5 titanium plates are distinguished by their exceptional resistance to seawater and marine atmospheric corrosion. While the four C.P. grades share similar corrosion resistance, their mechanical properties vary based on the oxygen and iron content. These titanium plates are resistant to wet chlorides, metal chlorides, chlorite and hypochlorite solutions, nitric and chromic acids, organic acids, and numerous industrial gases.
