Our processing centers, strategically located near highways, rivers, and seas, facilitate optimal logistics scheduling, swift responses, and efficient storage and transportation, guaranteeing on-time task completion.
Grade 1 Titanium Plate, with its lower density and superior ductility, is perfect for industries where weight considerations and deep drawing processes are critical. Key sectors include medical, chemical equipment, and aerospace industries. The strength and corrosion resistance of Grade 1 titanium make it ideal for marine, chemical processing, and desalination applications. Common uses of Grade 1 titanium alloys include oil and gas components, reaction and pressure vessels, piping systems, power systems, heat exchangers, linings, flue gas desulfurization systems, and numerous other industrial components. Adhering to standards such as ASTM B265, ASTM F67, AMS4911, AMS4928, AMS4943, AMS4944, AMS4945, AMS4967, and AMS4972.
Grade 1 Titanium Plates are available in a cold rolled thickness range of 0.3 mm to 6.0 mm, and a hot rolled thickness range of 4.76 mm to 155 mm. These plates are supplied in hot rolled or heat treated conditions and produced through longitudinal and transverse rolling. To meet specific flatness requirements, creep flattening can be applied as a heat treatment to relieve internal stresses. The plates can be supplied as cut blanks, tailored to complex shapes as per customer requirements, with further processing options available, either mechanically or chemically.
