Advanced Production

The cold rolled thickness range for Grade 1 Titanium Plates spans from 0.3 mm to 6.0 mm, supplied in hot rolled or heat treated conditions. Hot rolled thickness ranges from 4.76 mm to 155 mm, produced by longitudinal and transverse rolling. If needed, creep flattening is utilized as a heat treatment to relieve internal stresses and meet special flatness requirements. Plates can be supplied as cut blanks, with further processing tailored to customer specifications, utilizing either mechanical or chemical methods.
