While it shares similarities with Titanium Grades 2 and 3, the addition of molybdenum and nickel significantly enhances its corrosion resistance. Grade 7 can be expertly formed through various methods such as press brake forming, hydropress forming, stretch forming, or drop hammer techniques. This versatility in forming makes Grade 7 ideal for a wide array of applications.

Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
These hot-finished titanium tubes are meticulously crafted through hot-rolling or hot-extrusion processes. They are then straightened and precision-machined inside and out, with polished surfaces that meet the highest industry standards. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, our titanium tubes undergo rigorous 100% ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure impeccable quality.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-Rolled Titanium Tubes: These tubes feature an outer diameter (OD) ranging from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness between 9mm and 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm. Specifications are custom-agreed between the manufacturer and the client. - Hot-Extruded Titanium Tubes: With an OD of 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness from 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm, these tubes are also tailored through mutual agreement.
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our cold-finished titanium tubes are supplied heat-treated, surface-etched, and subjected to hydrostatic or ultrasonic testing as per manufacturing specifications. Available dimensions: OD from 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm, with specifics agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun manufactures premium titanium welded pipes with diameters starting at 100mm. These pipes feature wall thicknesses from 0.4 to 1.65mm and lengths up to 25000mm. Crafted from flat-rolled raw material, they are welded using advanced tungsten inert gas (argon) welding and heat-treated in-line. Each pipe undergoes stringent mechanical, geometrical, ultrasonic, eddy current, pneumatic, or hydrostatic testing to meet ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards. We offer customization in packing based on customer specifications, ensuring top-quality engineering and chemical industry applications.
